The following payment methods are available on UEF online store:
If you represent a department and want to use advance invoice as payment method, you should first register as a new user in R-Collectionin web store at www.r-collection.com (bottom of the page, My Account --> Create an account). Send a notice of the registration (user name and email) to us by email at email@example.com, and we register you to a customer group that has access to advace invoice payment method in UEF store. When we have completed the registration, you can log in to UEF store with your account and select Advance payment as your payment method.
Delivery costs to other countries than Finland
We are currently shipping to these European countries and areas:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland
France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania
Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania,
Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address. Choose your country from at the shopping cart and our webshop will show you the valid delivery and payment methods and also the shipping costs. Orders over 200 e have free delivery.
International returns policy
We only accept international returns when the freight is paid by the customer in whole.
Delivery in Finland
In Finland we can deliver your order by Posti, Matkahuolto or to one
of R-Collection stores.

Notice! Products with customers’ own print or embroidery cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or the delivered products are wrong.
In all cases returns are no longer free for the customer. Our return policy has changed on 13th of June in 2014.
If we have failed to deliver the right product(s) or there are faults in the product(s) we will take care of the expenses of returning and replacing the product(s) with a new one. In this case please contact our customer service: email@example.com
If the customer does not pick up their order, the customer
will take care of the return costs.
